Questions
There is no magic number. We have run groups of 12 dancers and delegations of 60. Group size drives the per-dancer price, so we quote against your real number.
We check that with the organizer up front, before you commit to anything. The trips we offer are ones a private Israeli dance school can enter directly.
An Art Travel escort travels with the group for the whole route, from the flight out to landing back home, and handles whatever comes up on the ground.
Parents are welcome to join. They fly on the same flight and stay in the same hotel, priced separately, and we build them their own registration page with all the details.
The earlier the better. In practice, six to nine months before departure is the window where festival places and sane flight prices still exist.
